well
if you are getting discus from me
those are raised at pH 7
and I house them in pH 7.4 with no problems

so short answer
any pH from 5.8 - 7.6

ideal being 7.0

if you were trying to breed them
you may need to adjust the pH lower
but
I have no experience with that
