I bought a female pearl gourami about a month ago, and after I brought her home I realized that she has two bumps on her chin. They look a little like pimples, and they're about the same on both sides. She has been eating fine, and otherwise seems perfectly OK.

I was wondering if anyone had any idea what the bumps might be. They don't seem to be a visible parasite or anything. Mostly I'd like to take her out of quarantine but wanted to be extra cautious.

I've heard of a thing called
fish tuberculosis

don't know that much about it

probably not fatal
probably not curable
probably not even dangerous
(sort of like a wart on a human, just not attractive)
